Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, 1400m.

Day 02: Fly to Lukla 2840 meters and trek to Phakding 2610meters.
Picturesque Mountain flight to Tenjing Hilary Airport (Lukla), prepare the bag and start the Trek along the Dudh Koshi River to Phakding, passing through the good-looking Sherpa villages like Cheplung, Thadokoshi, Ghat, etc.
Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar 3440m.
Today's trek starts through some beautiful villages, a suspension bridge, and a pine forest. After checking the Permit at Manjo, cross the bridge. The walking path starts steep ascent to Namche Bazaar, the capital of the Sherpa and the main gate of Everest Base Camp.
Day 04: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar.
Today, you can Short Hike to the Everest View Hotel or the Khumjung Village. Exploring the Namche Bazaar market, museum, and Monasteries.
Day 05: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche 3,800m.
Trek with Panoramic view of the High Himalayas, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, Amadablam, and Thamsherku. While you reach Tengboche, visit the Monastery after 3 o’clock.
Day 06: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche 4,410m.
Today, the hike starts to descend to Diboche into the Rhododendron Forests and heads up to Pangboche village. Steady climb for another 2 hours to arrive at Dingboche.
Day 07: Acclimatization day in Dingboche
You can hike to Nagarjuna hill, 5,080 meters, or halfway to this peak. Or you can climb up to Chhukung village to prepare for the next day, as well as adjust your body to the high altitude.
Day 08: Trek from Dingboche to Chhukung 4,730m.
Short and plodding hike up to Imja Valley to Chhukung. More or less 3-hour walks to get there.
Day 09: Trek from Chhukung to Labuche 4,910m via Kongmala pass 5535m.
Steep ascent to Kongmala, around 5 hours to reach the top. After that trek down to Labuch,e more about 3 hours to reach.
Day 10: Labuche to Gorakchhep 5,164m. Continue to Everest Base Camp 5,364m and back to Gorakchhep.
Trek along the Khumbu Glacier to Gorak Shep. Stop for lunch and keep your bag in the hotel, reserve the room, and head up to Everest Base Camp. It will take 4 hours to reach and come back to Gorakshep.
Day 11: Early morning walk to Kalapattar 5,550m and down to Gorakshep, then trek to Zongla 4,830m
Early Morning hike to Kalapattar for Sunrise over Mount Everest and Nuptse. Back to the hotel and have breakfast. Then the day starts to hike to Zongla, an additional 6/7 hours to reach Zongla.
Day 12: Trek from Zongla to Gokyo 4,790m via Chola pass 5,420m
Cross the Second High Pass of your trek, Cho-la. Descend to the Turquoise Gokyo lakes passing through the Thangna village and Gonzanpo Glacier.
Day 13: Rest day and exploration at Gokyo lakes
Today, you can do the optional hike to Gokyo Ri, 5,357m, for panoramic mountain views and explore around the lakes.
Day 14: Trek from Gokyo Lake to Lungden 4,380m via Renjo-la pass 5,360m.
Today is another adventurous day and a tough walk passing the Renjo La pass. After reaching the top, a steep descent to Lungden village takes about 3 hours.
Day 15: Trek from Lungden to Thame, 3800m.
Trek to the Traditional Sherpa Village of Thame. Today, walking steeply down and reaching the tame village. If you are not tired, you can explore Thame monastery.
Day 16: Trek from Thame to Namche Bazaar 3,440m.
Trek from Thame to Namche via Long Descent through forested trails and some old villages with a huge river valley.
Day 17: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla, 2,840m
Today is the last day of walking in the mountains. It will be quite a long walk to reach Lukla. After that, enjoy the Lukla town.

Normally, from Lukla, the flight to Kathmandu is in the morning. Better to fasten the first or second flight to escape the bad weather and wind.
