Normally, Spring and Autumn. In spring March to May, and in Autumn September to November, you can Trek and achieve the Final destination. In spring, the sky is clear, the Rhododendron and the temperature are moderate and warmer. Most Treks start with a flight to Lukla, 35 minutes, and this flight often departs from Ramechhap Airport in April, May, and October, November due to air traffic at Kathmandu. Electricity, WIFI, and hot showers are available in most villages for a small extra fee.
Normally, while you plan a visit to Nepal, start preparing at least 6 weeks before your trek starts. Better to focus on cardiovascular exercise like hiking, running, cycling, etc. Strength training, like legs and core, and altitude acclimatization, if possible.
Another necessary thing for Nepal trek is collecting the essential Gear like a Down Jacket, a sleeping bag, trekking poles, Sturdy Trekking Boots, Layered Clothing, a water bottle, and purification tablets for trekking routes.
Especially, trekking in Nepal is not easy but not difficult. But in case, carry travel insurance that covers trekking up to 5,500 meters and emergency helicopter evacuation.
